The name is Brian Greene and here's a bit about me, since you're here...

I was born in Boone, NC and lived there until I was 8 years old deep in the mountains of Watauga County. Then I moved with my parents and younger sister to the small-at-the-time town of Mt. Airy, NC where Andy Griffith lived until he graduated high school. He left and made it to the big-time. Will I be the same way? We'll see, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

I went to school at Mt. Airy High where I graduated in 1994. I was the drum & percussion captain for all four years and was heavily into theater during the last two. It was also rumored that I was a co-founder of the notorious RIP-Foundation, but it was never proven to be true.

After high school I continued working as a server and began acting (see the list of plays) and even a bit of directing at the local community theater named the "Andy Griffith Playhouse," which is operated by the Surry Arts Council.

In 1995, I did a short run with the Navy at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center at Great Lakes, Illinois. I was also the drum captain for my boot camp division 927. Chicago was awesome.

I moved back to Mt. Airy and by 1996 I was an assistant manager for Pizza Hut in Mt. Airy and continued acting in my free time. I also worked for a short time for the Surry Arts Council co-managing the Downtown Cinema Theater.

From 1998 to 2007 I lived in the Southport/Oak Island area in North Carolina! I was the General Manager for the Southport Pizza Hut during that time. I had a great time and made many friends in that area. Not many people I know get to live at the beach for a decade, so it was a wonderful experience. But... I missed the mountains. I have returned to live and work in Mount Airy now and brought some people with me...

I am now married to a wondeful girl, Julie, who I met in Southport! I have a stepson named Lucas, who is 4 years old. We were married on April 8th, 2006 and honeymooned in Walt Disney World at the Polynesian Resort!

I am also the creator and designer of GreeneSpace.com,
The Leap Back 2009 Quantum Leap convention site and the Quantum Leap fan site "Al's Place" which has become one of the premiere Quantum Leap fansites in the world today. I recently became the CEO of The Leap Back 2009, Inc., a non-profit corporation behind the convention.
